Hi @Former-Member Yes Lizard Canaries do have a lovely song, like all canary types - yet they are bred for their patterns (markings) & colours.

Lizard Canaries are a rare breed.

Some canaries like Rollers are bred for their great song - though other types (like Gloster canaries), are bred for colour, markings & shape.

Only the male canaries ever sing.

The Goldfinches have a lovely song - so do my Java finches.

Clearing out you Storage Shed sounds like a Big Job....

Ouch, I hope your back recovers okay.

Oh that's so sad, having to throw out your daughter's Mirror Wardrobe (& some other things).

I don't handle sad reminders very well - things reminding me of people who have gone.

I don't want people to be gone (passed away) - I want to be able to bring them back....

Well dodged super busy day guys working with a bit their way or no way and can just walk off without saying anything and ask me to to fetch and carry not that bothered.
One gets upset as I have to guess what he wants and he gets upset if guess is wrong . He does not have functional English in real time

Hey @Sam3 .  How did everything go today.?  I hope you have had some progress.  Hopefully less confusing.  Your idea about a practice sounds great.  I hope that comes to fruitfulness for you.  I have been thinking of doing something similar, but still a concept for me at the moment.  🙂

@Maggie Hi Maggie, so glad you are getting out of the dark tunnell. I am in it at the moment. I think I get very anxious when I begin to lose my sense of my self and my abilities. MI since young and both parents had MI. That gave me bad sense of confidence in myself. Need to be strong and push through difficulties here. Thank you for care and support. Take care.

@greenpea Hey beautiful pea, am having trouble with dark anxiety here, in panic attack. Need to work out strategies to get stronger and push through difficulties and develop strong sense of myself. Life is hard. Especially with MI and both parents had MI. Just with mum still alive. Think she cares for me but short of resources to give me lol.  Thank you care and support. You are a beautiful human person
