It is simple and effective and you have followed through on it for a long time @Bimby2
I did something similar in that choir, but verbally. The impulse to say it spontaneousl rose up in me as we were often there on a Sunday Morning. Just saying good morning and not going into things was fine and sometimes that was all the other people wanted as EVERYBODY has mental health issues AKA as stuff going on.
Time to feed cats and do dinner.

😷 poor @outlander 😞
1/2 teaspoon of honey with pinch of tumeric is worth a try (don't wash it down with a drink - let it sit there.
Vicks on ya chest so ya breathing it in helps me.
I like Irish Moss cough syrup or lozengers.
Get as much fresh air, sunshine & water as you can. 🌷🌿💟

Nice one @Faith-and-Hope I just had a massage today too (5 hours ago).
I had peppermint oil on my feet (which makes them tingle), & a foot massage.
I'm very ticklish with my feet, so sometimes I have to try hard not to squirm (or jump) when the massage person touches my feet...

Were you working outside @outlander with horses etc???
For last 30 years I have avoided antibiotics as doctors were reluctant when my kids were little and mostly I have used diet to support immune system.
Fresh fruit and vegies, Citrus vitaminC and fresh garlic and honey for soothing throat.
I squeeze half a lemon in warm water through the winter ... or apple cider vinegar ... I am used to NOT eating sugar. I dont many coughs colds flu etc ..any more.. so it must work. Fingers crossed, but if you are out in bad weather you do have take extra care Bella.
