How is your day going?

I'm procrastinating cleaning my house this second. My sons girlfriend arrives tomorrow to stay with us for 6 weeks. Hoping the feeling human stays a little bit longer.

I'm doing the whole forum over housework thing at the moment as well. Kids finish early today so I really need to get going but it's freezing and playing with my cats on the lounge in my pjs is way more enjoyable.

Six weeks is a while to have someone stay. I hope it's good for you all and you stay feeling human for a good while!

Tell me about 6 weeks being a long time @CheerBear. We will have 6 of us (2 gf) in a small 3 bedroom house for a bit. I have no idea how I'll go yet 😲🤔.

I came to write a detailed to do list and got side tracked badly on the forum too. Time to go me thinks. Hoping you enjoy the holidays with Lf. I always loved that life slowed down in holidays but then you can get cabin fever some days too. 💜🤗💐

I have a driver coming to take me to go grocery shopping soon - I guess I should tidy some space in here before she arrives - I have nmy washing airing in here

Yesterday I had a driver to take me shopping for clothes - I did get some but shopping with other people can be tricky - and it's school holidays next week - the mall will be chaotic

I find it tricky shopping with other people and my back was giving me a hard time - I knew when I woke up it would be a poor day to change and try things on - so I only tried on a couple of things and then got a couple of books to take away with me - good ones - I have had copies of them before but they had to be replaced long ago and weren't

But grocery shopping is more straight forward

So here for now Lapses - but charging off again soon
