G O O D M O R N I N G! I had the best night's sleep in ages, didn't have to get up once. Yippee! Must be the beautiful rain & cooler weather... but maybe also metabolic as 'going hungry - halving what i eat to get some weight off these joints. but maybe its a combination - whichever - sleeping better is so cool :).
