Well @Bill16, I'm am doing okay at the moment taking a new perspective on life. I learning to be positive and stop living in past trauma so I can move forward and be presant for my son.
What I did a few weeks ago when I got so low I didn't care scared him so much and I promised him that I'm going to get better so that I'm always there for him.
So I is starting a new beginning

Got an appointment with my psychiatrist today,not really looking forward too it,have to psych myself up
