,got 38  tomorrow ,then 42, but last few days hasnt been reaching max forecast temp.

yes dont seem to run it that often yet re new a/c  but think its stopping bedroom from heating up anyways lol

Hey Satz  @saturnzoon   Gee Its a worry that your meds routine is disrupted.  Hope they get you back on track  asap..  You have to double check every one these days.  Gone are the days when you could just trust people with your health.    I have to go off mine now and then because I get AF.  My 

hearts copped a beating over the years.  I do go off with the fairies but manage to keep my manners

I'm reading a poem at a wedding soon so I have to come up with something good.  A break from meds ups the colour pallet.

@TAB @tonys hey cool friends, thanks for caring.am on bp meds. But it still get high sometimes. Usually when stressed ha ha.  but have lost fair bit of weight since stopping eating with mum. Hope cholesterol and sugar will drop as well ha ha

Soon as you said white,  I thought,  Oh,  what was I thinking.   You saved me from myself.    Finished the painting about 8pm

then eat .. shower .. mail..   and beds looking large in the window.  So @Glisten ..  Everything 

white except the widow wall.  Its a big window.  I framed it in with the jade n lime paint.  I like those 

strip lights,  hadn't thought of them. Thankyou.  Will send a pic soon as someone is here to help me with that.  I'm still learning. Thankyou so much for your advice.  I waxed under the bench as you suggested too.   How did your day go mate. What schemes n dreams have you set in motion.

I have top hospital cover but not the extras like dental.  Not that I need a dentist now,  but I know

its in the mail sooner or later,  and your suggestions are sound .   Saw you talking about lawnmowing.

The guy that does my place is all electric. He let me have a play with his gear and I was astonished.

It performs better than my petrol junk.     Can you plant it all with fruit trees and veg and do away

with the lawn.?.   

I had to put Vix vapo rub on my mangoes to stop the possums from eating them.  Well I did leave em a few.  Be interested to see if it works.  Some of my mangoes are huge and I'm getting excited.  I've planted more trees on the place.  Hoping for the total shade effect.  I hope you stabilized your blood sugar and regained some of your energy .  Do you find it harder to manage when it gets hot..?

Now ..if only  @Bill16  came home with a bunch of fish and shared em around,  it would be the perfect day.  I haven't had a fresh caught fish in years..   Its a luxury.
