Had Xmas party today with the Disability/Mental health club I'm with for my NDIS.
There just a small family company with lived experiences support workers that can take us out or to appointments if we cant can't go out by ourselves.
It was good, lovely place, we didn't have to pay either so we could pick either a starter and main course or main course and desert and drinks, but if you wanted alcohol then wechad to pay for that.
Hope everyone have had a ok day @TAB @StuF @greenpea @Former-Member @Oaktree @Shaz51 @Meowmy @Zoe7 @Bill16
@hanami @Glisten @Historylover and all who visit

Did anyone buy Zines in the 80's and 90's? They were independent press that was photocopied or roneoed via subscription. This was before internet - a dinosaur version of blogs. My next door neighbours mother tried to radicalise her daughter with "Skirt" zine which was run off a photocopier by feminists in Sydney. I ended up having a compilation of Zines in a book. It was amazing what you could get on a stack of topics plus stuff for enthusiasts with hobbies etc @TAB @StuF But it was all typed on a typewriter and hand drawn for special effects.
