Lawnmower man is here right now. I have had to reduce his work to once a month as I can't afford it. Its good anyway having the lawns looking a bit straggly, passersby think the place isn't worth breaking into which is a good thing @TAB (I live in a suburb that is full of crime.) I'm so physically active now that I can do plenty of work around the place which is a welcome change. Just cleaned out the fridge for when the new fridge delivery comes Friday. Place is looking more like neat as a pin, liking the ambiance now. I'm on my feet most of the day now. Just having vegemite on toast made out of my home baked bread. I'm so happy to be able to enjoy this vitality @Glisten @Oaktree @Blackbird11 @ENKELI

Yes I know you're not up to par at the moment @TAB I realise how disconcerting it is not being able to enjoy your health as you once did. Just do what you can and work with your body. Be self tolerant with your limits and just b-r-e-a-t-h-e

Thanks for your encouragement. Fixing my mitochondrial health recently did it for me @Glisten ❤️ My body has been ailing for a really long time. Have been doing all other kinds of health protocols since November of last year which all paid off. I'm enjoying some measure of health for now thankfully

Good afternoon everyone. I hope there is a glimmer of light in everyone's lives today
I'm not doing great, my dad sent me a message telling me that I'm to blame for everything bad that has happened in my life. Hell I'm probably to blame for him divorcing my mother even though I was only 4 at the time.
I hate feeling like this and I wish I had something positive to contribute.

@Former-Member like you I live in a less than reputable suburb. When I was looking at buying in my neighbourhood I went to the local police station and asked a cop for his opinion. He said I wouldn't live there! Too late, I'd already put an offer in. Having said that it's a very quiet street and not a lot goes on. I love your thoughts on having a straggly lawn, I must remember that!
Hearing you sound so upbeat makes me smile so thank you 😊. What started as a crappy day is beginning to look less cloudy emotion-wise. And home baked bread you clever thing, you!
Today we are expecting a nice temp of 31 and not a cloud in the sky. I'm hoping the positivity from the forum and the clear sky will boost my spirits.
