Sorry to hear about your health issues and Centrelink giving you a hard time. I went away for a little from the 15th Oct until 3rd Nov. And have been busy with Resi school since getting back. I finish that on Friday. 

That is really hot for 2.30 am in the morning. Hope you are able to sleep better. I'm working on my sleep too. I did get to the beach on Sunday and that was really good. How was your day?

no swimming beach near here have found out. more like a swamp lol .plus local (2mins drive pool absolutely Not heated so people getting in there when 6 deg supposedly ..

will get myself sorted at swim place in next major town , plus regular trips to /adelaide

day ok thx spent a fortune on blind and curtain fittings to try and combat upcoming heat..
