Good Morning @Twilightsomniac
I've been awake all night at work. How beautiful it is to watch some tiny little birds singing. I'm tired but it feels good having completed 5 shifts and now going home to rest. I try meditating and put a silk eye cover over my eyes to get some rest during the day. Other times I read until I feel so tired and relaxed. I also spray aromatherapy oil on my pillow and breathe this in. Hopefully your sleep will improve. I do understand how it feels when you have poor sleep. Have a great day.

Morning everyone 🙂
Going to the AFLW today...not 100%, but getting out and about is probably a better idea than sitting in front of the screen all day!
That's good news @Former-Member about your disclosure
