things falling in a heap a bit here re motivation and getting things done. 
theres a few critical things have been avoiding Eg proper shoes for walking , so not walking. Rains for hours on end nearly every day cos of climate change 

gut problems 

cant get timely drs appts

overthInking not doing etc etc 😬😅 Am into like 4th day of tomorrow will be different and its not lol 

Anyhoo.. 

maybe I will do something tomorrow
