Looks like a cute gecko @TAB we get them around these parts. But have had issues locally with snakes as I live near a national park. Have seen people have confrontations with snakes written up in the local newspaper. A few years ago one slithered into the shopping centre not far from me and was hiding in the fruit & veg shop. Nobody would buy from there. They had to throw out all their produce. Don't know if it was a poisonous snake or not.

Not unheard of to find snakes in boxes of bananas @Former-Member I can't bear them.
just bit worried the lizard has moved in and not sure its the best thing for it. Guess it would be hibernating otherwise dunno. @StuF

You could just put the lizard back in the bush. They always find a way of crawling around places. Don't know if you call wildlife hotline but he obviously likes being in your part of the caravan park. He may have worked out a way to get food? Don't know what lizards eat - slugs, snails, flies? Anyway I think youre going to have fun with that intruder! 😊

@TAB https://wildliferescue.net.au/ rescue reptiles like goannas and snakes. I presume this little lizard fits into that category. Here are their stats for last month and the amount of reptiles they rescued in this picture:
