@TAB you wouldn't think so with so many places touting the health benefit of weightloss with green tea but it will push up your BP. I used to drink it thinking it would do me the world of good as a coffee/tea alternative. Had to stop drinking it. Hibiscus tea you can get in any supermarket or health store. It does not cost much. But yes very comforting drink combined with boiled apple juice and cinnamon.

@Judi9877 hello! 💙 Glad to hear you feel a little bit better today. Pity about sleeplessness. At least no suicidal ideation and reduced auditory hallucinations. I think your knitting/crocheting is a great way to settle the mind and stop those brain dendrons misfiring. You will have to post pics of your latest creations. Enjoy your book honey. Hope youre back on deck soon!

Yeah you have to watch herbs and teas @TAB. Before I put anything in my body I check the contraindications with medicines I'm taking. Not every doctor knows everything.
The site webmd.com has lists of what meds not to combine with natural remedies (ie are contraindicated). Its incredible how unseemingly things can interact.
I'm going back on goji berries but now I'm on BP meds have to check my BP more closely in case its not pushed lower than what is the natural range. They only recommend a tablespoonful a day. I used to make a tea out of them.
I have heard lots about anti inflammatory diets and conflicting views on fish oil.

Very wise @SmilingGecko to check the contraindications, especially as you seem to be very much into supplementary medicines (that's no judgement. I know nothing about these things).
Thanks for the green tea tip by the way! I don't drink it myself, but it's certainly news to me about the caffeine content. Almost as much as a coffee! (Depending how strong one takes their coffee)
