Good morning all
I have been changing medications recently. A hellish two months. This morning I'm thinking more positively though. Which is great, and very welcomed by me. I had a family day yesterday at home and down by a local river. Was still a bit paranoid about people (randoms) who were there (it was packed), but I got through it. We ended up walking about a km. Which was far enough for me currently lol. When I opened this thread this image was posted
which I thought was really relevant to my thinking pattern. How quickly I forget what I have gone through and achieved. Only focusing on what I have to do.
A great morning to all, I am enjoying waking up with a half way decent way of feeling things.
😁

Yes I've been doing milk thistle and staying super hydrated as you said @TAB Last liver function test I reversed a couple of liver conditions. I also drink lemonwater upon arising and drink celery juice. Just bought some new milk thistle yesterday. I used to drink roast dandelion tea as a coffee substitute but not dandelion tea as you said. One of my psychiatric medications really messed with my liver

thanks @Meowmy . I was really struggling for a while. I should have used the forums more. I often feel like I shouldn't need help. My brother doesn't and dad doesn't, therefore I shouldn't need it. But they have partners who they bounce things off. As was pointed out to me by m and d on Friday. So thank you 🙂
I hope you're well. Same to others reading this.
