Re: Good Morning!

After reading your post @Rosemary4 i can say it resonates with so many people!  I just use acupressure to get my mojo on.  It frees up the body and makes the liver feel like there is forward momentum.  The liver likes direction and when its blocked it can get stagnated hence why most people are feeling the way you mentioned.

Re: Good Morning!

Music is Awesome @Rosemary4 . Definitely gets me through 🙂

As for the election and who to vote for, I don't think there is a thread here- as you say, probably a no go zone.

But please don't do a donkey vote. I used to. Still tempted to- I live in a very safe seat, so what does my vote matter? Well, if enough people think that and vote that there is No way things will change.

Especially in marginal seats- I saw something the other day about a few marginal seats at the last election. Seats won by a few Hundred votes...and 'informal' votes in the Thousands in those same seats.

Anyway, certainly not here to lecture! lol

Re: Good Morning!

@Rosemary4

Oh, and yeah- you ask Who to vote for? I Totally get that...probably independent for mine, but yeah...

Re: Good Morning!

@Rosemary4

That picture is beautiful and sad ....

Wish it were better, and hearing you about limited political options.

@StuF Yep.  I was similar: safe seat, donkey vote etc, but mostly in last 20 years I have tried to make my vote/voice count. Not holding out a lot of hope for 'the state of the nation" tho.

@Former-Member Getting one's mojo on ... have not heard that for a while ...

Good Morning all .... wow it is still morning! such an early bird NOT.

Re: Good Morning!

yeah @Rosemary4
I think my generation will have many things to work on.
The world is getting smaller and I think this is why we are hurting more and more - proximity to the issues

Re: Good Morning!

@StuF
howdy : )

Re: Good Morning!

How's your weekend looking @MDT ?

Re: Good Morning!

Changing by the hour lop @StuF
Just did a seminar and it helped with career trajectory and life.
Its a process hey?

Spending more time trying to be better to myself and less harsh
I've realised how harsh I can get and it is usually informed by some form of resent, paranoia or scorn. Its possibly the most unhealthy thing I could do to myself.

Just thinking about what I'll do rest of weekend.

Will probably go and look at garden now and see what I can do in it.

Not the best but by no means the worst atm

Re: Good Morning!

@MDT

So many of us are our harshest critics, absolutely worth working on

Getting into the garden sounds a fine idea (I hope the weather where you are is better than here!)- so good for us to get outdoors. And productive too 🙂

Keep chipping away 👍👍

Re: Good Morning!

@Appleblossom  That was awesome. Thankyou
