Knowing when to take a step back from everything and look after yourself is actually great awareness @Judi9877 Do something nice just for you, forget about today and begin again tomorrow - hopefully with a clearer head and a little more ability to focus 👍

@Appleblossom without going into specifics have spent many days trying to makes sense of what was wrong to try and isolate cause and effect. Don't know if I should be seeing a specialist again. I find GP's difficult gateways to accessing referrals. Maybe she will see how it goes first before making that decision

@Judi9877 I wondered if you get overstimulated by stimuli in groups having to withdraw later to regroup yourself. Sometimes that person-to-person interface can be really permeable and people just soak up their environment like a sponge. You may possibly need to have some kind of strategy for creating a buffer between yourself and others so you are less thrown off by these upsetting encounters.

Don't worry @Appleblossom, I always take things in my own good time. Just taking things slowly and getting all in perspective. Sick of all this trauma though.
Your course sounds interesting. I'm thinking of doing Politics. I have a lot to learn and a willingness to do so if they take the time to teach, but so much of online learning is teach yourself and we'll mark you, from my experience. Anyway it's something that has never interested me which is why I'm seriously thinking of enrolling. Something different. We complain so much about politics and politicians but few of us actually understand the procedures involved. We just complain. So I'd like to learn more.
Well your visits to the supermarket are certainly becoming entertaining.

Good morning and good afternoon @Historylover @SmilingGecko @TAB @Shaz51 @Zoe7 @MDT @greenpea @Daisydreamer @cloudcore @Former-Member @tyme @Emelia8 @oceangirl @Clawde @Adge @Ant7 @outlander @BlueBay @frog and all forumites here. I hope your Tuesday is going well.
Thanks for all the lovely comments from my little spiel yesterday forumite friends. I have taken them on board and are doing some thinking about things. I’m still going to stay in my course although I’m thinking of dropping a subject as it’s too triggering for me to deal with right now in this moment in my life. I’ll just have to arrange it with the course education manager and go from there.
As for later on yesterday, things went from bad to worse with me having a psychosis episode late last night which I emailed my psychologist about. I’m speaking with him later today so hopefully he’s able to make sense of things with my mental state as I certainly can’t right now. What I do know is I’m feeling really tired and drained after the episode so I’m taking things nice and easy today and trying to conserve my energy so I’ll be able to speak to my psychologist for a decent amount of time later today. I’ll get there. I’ll be fine. I have to be.
Take care!
Judi9877☺️💐

Hi @Judi9877
I’m glad that you’ve received some clarity around the course & you have the support from the education manager to help for that.
Sorry to hear that last night became worse for you and taking care by going gently today sounds like such a nice way to give yourself that self compassion and rest. Hope you have some deep rest and the apt with your psychologist later goes well for you.
Gently does it 💜
