Hi @Former-Member um, just muddling around, cleaned up sideboard/sink area , threw few things in bin, tv on , not watching it, its hot already, a/c on yeah a friend/acquaintance tried to get me into podcasts years ago, never really have. I started something on phone, but doesnt seem to work, guess if I wanted to I would lol. So just indoors today re heat. Hot again tomorrow then actually gets under 30 deg for first time in ages for the rest of the week. I should have a look at weekend papers on lounge next to me and tv guide. Got work again next week, seems all I do these days lol. Job I am at goes for at least another 2 weeks, then gawd knows, am full time as of tomorrow apparently lol; not something that was on my radar

@TAB yeah this heat has been with us in Melbourne for over a week. I got aircon installed before xmas and wondered why I didn't get it sooner. It just makes the oppressive heat easier to manage. I need to do some work around the yard. Got my vegie planters ready to shovel dirt and organise crops for another few months. I have lots of organic seed. I am learning how to dehydrate produce so I will have a supply of food if the supply chain breaks any further. Please look into doing a victory garden if it so calls you. Yeah agreed podcasts can be hard on the ear if they go on for a while but I try and break it up into manageable listening bytes. I think computers give us ADHD lol our attention span gets shortened by instant clicks and answers so am looking to spend less time on the computer

@TAB <Edited> Check out this band "STONE" they only released one album in the 90's called "Cover The Sun". The lead singer has left the band and is doing stuff in counter culture now. He is an erudite speaker, have seen him talking with all kinds of people in alternative news. I was really impressed by him and his intellect and humanity. Seen him in all kinds of talking circles. I think you will like this song. I never saw it being released in Australia, they weren't that well known but should be!

The lead singer @TAB Sacha Stone was born in Rhodesia and I think the band maybe was based in the UK. He has an English accent. The rest of their songs are really good. You should see what Sacha Stone is doing on the circuit now with all the things hes into
