Hello @Former-Member
I would avoid references to material, that talks about stigma and discrimination, unless you are in a position where you need to inform yourself of information or procedures that may help you with respect to legal matters. In any case, any such material, particularly from overseas will be in jurisdictions that are likely to view matters quite differently than here in Australia.
Another more immediate and present aspect to consider, is the fact that you may subconsciously pre-dispose yourself to viewing future interviews from an antagonisic perspective, because of such material, which may have a negative effect on interview outcomes.
I would definitely encourage you to seek positive information from respected sources in Australia and in the state in which you live.
It is obvious that my approach may contrast with those of others. We each offer what we have from our own perspectives.
It is definitely my hope that you will maintain a positive approach to your search for employment.
With My Very Best Wishes

Thank @HenryX yeah I focus on the positive though knowing the negative doesn't hurt - but ignorance is bliss too @SmilingGecko . I know I can sue them for just denying me work, but I try my best to hide it. Based on merit alone from my 10+ years exp. I'm getting the interviews easily enough, though there a flaws which most companies are willing to overlook, given my age I presume.
I like Australia very much, though more recently have experienced negativity - which I assume would be way worse if I were in my native countries, for anonymity I would rather not say where.
not casting doubt on what you have said, but it has been in par with the information I'm getting at home/psych/friends etc. good confirmation, which @HenryX I believe you gained with your work or. Bus driving, etc Thanks for sharing it'll add to my already growing work psyche
@SmilingGecko I am curious on reading what you have posted... I will sleep on it, maybe after an interview tomorrow, but I have been preparing on how to react to situations as you have discussed, hopefully I won't have to avert to them, I'm not that kind of person, I can stand up for myself In a fight I believe 1 on 1 but find using words hard. Hence prior talks of communication skills ie. Design thinking or what you mentioned earlier con... something or rather ... lol it'll come to me later
