Re: Good Morning!

I have spent 3 months in Arnhem Land (NT) as a child @TAB Crocs, Catfish & Scorpions (in someone's Boot) - Plus Wild Pigs & Buffalos.

It was a bit Rough....

Re: Good Morning!

I did a lot of it in my 40s, sometimes driving interstate for a job and having to borrow a couple thousand from parents after running things too close to wire.

they always got it back and I always paid my bills. Didnt really do much different to what do at home when there, just different attitudes at work, different bosses, different scenery.

Guess my health was better and I knew I would get work, getting too old now lol @Adge  had no fear then compared to now lol

Re: Good Morning!

yes, I could never work in Broome. went there twice, each time just out of good time to be there weatherwise @Adge

Re: Good Morning!

Hey @TAB and hey all. Just a quiet one today for me helping dad out with a project he's doing. Used all the tools... drill and circular saw to be more precise. Good reading up on where you all have travelled and worked I was thinking of going to TAS to live, just an idea. Looks lovely. Plus I wanna see if DES has any full time work for me in my field before trying the normal route.

Re: Good Morning!

I used to just turn up at places almost @Former-Member  but they have got rid of so many affordable caravanparks now. Also pays to say staying for 3 monthss they will halve the rate at flash places, never give them credit card though, had to to do the sorry i'm going a few weeks later as still too dear  Anyhoo..

That's good with DES and tools, hope they do find you something

Supposed to be lots of homelessness in Tas these days dunno.

I did see harvest work in WA, they supply accomadation
