Good morning and good afternoon forumites! I hope your day is going well whatever you are doing! 

My day has been quite full of drama, both of my own and with my housemate. The property manager is being bad with thinking he is right about the rent payments not going into his account but my housemate and I have bank statements to show otherwise and my housemate has had her bank do a trace of all payments which has just come through. That mail is at my sisters house so I'll pick it up on Sunday. Let's just say the company we rent through has a very bad reputation around the district which says a lot. The biggest thing to happen is to prove this property wrong in the rental tribunal in late August and request a written apology which he won't like at all. Gotta love renting!
