It’s a real juggle re the pain control, isn’t it @Zoe7 ? Hugs n hugs Hon. you’re doing so well with it all. I hope you can get the info restored from your old phone. Ex took out a domain over the phone I had when with him, without my awareness ….. grrrrt ….. I have sidelined that phone (have to keep it as a point of contact re kids in common) but I might be able to swap sims around and be rid of that older one, domain and all 🤞 still seeking advice and working on it.

That is annoying Hon. Hopefully swapping sims could work in the short term @Faith-and-Hope then down the track to be free completely. I know it could mean more cost but could you get a separate phone (and number) just for conversing about the kids (and block him on your current phone) - that way it is something you could put away and not have to deal with all the time.

Exactly what I have done @Zoe7 …. and haven’t had to converse by phone either. It’s just there for emergencies really, but even then J would go through the kids to send a message. Don’t even want to hear his voice, but they talk to him anyway, so that’s fair enough in my thinking.

I hope by ex sending messages through the kids @Faith-and-Hope that they are getting a real picture of who he is. So glad you are more removed from him now and haven't had to converse by phone ...small wins but they matter.
A tough day for me. I did not have my usual time off this morning as they could not get relief. Whilst I could easily get things organised to do in class for that time, it has meant I have had no time to do my usual planning etc. That will now be work for this weekend and an early morning Monday to get everything else organised for the week. I also had my psych straight after school and despite it being an okay session, I am tired and very sore.
Saw my GP earlier in the week and there is still no report from my MRI 2 weeks ago through. I see the neurologist Monday (more work to get done to leave for the kids whilst I am gone) so he will have the scans and I should finally get both some answers and hopefully looking forward to some relief.
