@TABs do you get that little voice which tells you to run to the hills? like if you meet someone is is just off if you know what i mean and that lil voice tells you danger.  i get it and i think sometimes other people miss the cues or just dont have that voice telling them.

I have a confession to make. When I first joined Sane I didn't think I would enjoy it or if it would be beneficial to me. I think it was my anxiety messing with my mind. How wrong was I. Every morning I now look forward to the morning message that some posts. Also I didn't think I would get to know so many like minded and people in a similar situation as myself. Messaging so many new and wonderful friends has been amazing. I spend a good part of my day reading and sending messages to my new group of special friends. It gives me strength when I struggling or feeling down and lacking motivation. There is no criticism but a lot of love and understanding. I would say I prefer face to face and personal conversation but living alone doesn't always make that possible. Nevertheless I am sending a huge thankyou to each and every ,one of my new special friends on Sane because of you my life is so much better.

@Gibbs  sounds good. I am in a morning routine like I was in 2016 here, just people have drifted back to other threads and their situations in Life changed. I remember rushing to report my morning walks. (to get positive feedback)
