@greenpea Pea I had 3 years of insomnia. Have been doing really well over the last 2 months, thought I had conquered it.

Tonight No Deal. Probably because I’m expecting a response from my lawyer regarding argument for asset wastage. 

My cognitive dissonance makes me second guess myself.

So now I’m going back through his bank statements, number crunching.

But yes you’re completely correct insomnia is common for last middle age women and men.

Lack of hormones = lack of brain 🧠 function.

cortisol (stress hormone) makes peeps fat and doopid @greenpea @Glisten  and does not help sleep . i have read how thyroid tests can miss it. my tests normal, obv something Wrong tho. am trying to increase iodine food

@greenpea @TAB Correct cortisol does do that.

@TAB It doesn’t help if I over eat and don’t do enough exercise to have a calorie deficit.

Simple fact is I’m eating 🥣 too much food.

I've been not worried about intake all week, will next week so pizzas, chocs, lollies , chips just off to get more lolo .. @Glisten
