Loving the greetings this morning - feeling the forumite love 💕 

my day started with MsS running to the loo to be sick eeek ... anxiety re my brother and his new girlfriend visiting us today 

however MsS an hour later has settled somewhat so I hope 🤞 she can sustain a visit and enjoy the company 

I am cooking salmon and cauliflower rice abd asian salad pimped up with cucumber and boconcini !
