Do You Want To Chat?

Re: Do You Want To Chat?

@reasonisfamily , I think when you can team tag, it makes a huge difference. Then again, it depends on the temperament of your child. A coeliky baby is HARD work... or you can have a textbook baby who does everything according to the books.

Then again, as I was talking to @ArraDreaming , kids come from the same parents but can be TOTALLY different.

Yes it was a card game. You can play an easier form of concentration. Find cards ace through to king. Shuffle them and place the face down anywhere on the table. You take turns to flip them over. The first card you look for is ace. If you find it you pick again trying to find the next number. If you dont find the right card you turn them back over and it’s the next person’s turn. The person to turn them all over in order ace through to king wins

He’s 3 1/2 now

like today he found the doll that had no head on it that I thought had gone to the bin but hadn’t and he said oh no what happened and I said oh mate dad just got a bit frustrated sorry we will buy a new one and he goes “you just take 3 breaths ok it make you feel happy” and gave me a sweet little ear lobe pulling hug on the couch

Re: Do You Want To Chat?

Today was long and funny and interesting...

Re: Do You Want To Chat?

@tyme yep definitely, my wife and I have so many conversations about how we're going to share the parenting load and manage different situations.

And yeah absolutely kids can behave differently for each parent too. My wife's son is a completely different kiddo in both of his households.

@Rockdog

Why does it have to be an oral presentation then? Is it to practice speaking?

Sorry for all these questions.

Btw, how often does your cavoodle get groomed?

Re: Do You Want To Chat?

7, 3/12 and 15 months @reasonisfamily

Re: Do You Want To Chat?

Sounds so fun and a really good brain exercise @Oaktree .  I reckon it'd fry my poor brain lol.

So let me get it right. Once you've found the card, you turn it face down again?

Re: Do You Want To Chat?

No all good love your questions @tyme .

Yeah I think it is so you get used to sitting in front of someone to talk about an issue. I sound like I just hopped off the tractor. Not great for law. I always wanted to be a farmer though.

Re: Do You Want To Chat?

Awww @ArraDreaming , that's amazing about your son. So glad his speech has picked up.

My little niece was just with me. I carried her downstairs, and guess what? She was holding onto my ear lobes lol.
