Better go finish my mending. lol .. stitched up my leggings that split ..

Got a doona to finish... .they dont make press studs like they used to... I am going back to old school ... but bad eyes mean that fine work is definitely out.

I picked up a packet of felting needles today on my hunt for a puppy nose @outlander. As I mentioned this morning, the pattern has some felting which was what I liked about it. I've made a dog body and am working on a head now but I am so tempted to put it down and play with felt cats instead (or even just watch someone else make them on YouTube!). Have you every tried it? If not, maybe you could add it to the one day to try list ☺

It's all practice and playing @outlander ☺ You can sometimes pick up tiny little felting kits with basic things to make in them for a few dollars. They're good to play around with.

Yes I found puppy noses but they're maybe a little small, I'm not sure yet. Whether I will use it will depend on how fussy I am being at the time. I'm sure I'll find something else to use these ones on one day if it isn't for this ☺

It hard to hold a needle and a magnifying glass at the same time ...lol

tho I have seen groovy ... ones on a frame

I really am careful about what I buy @outlander 

I also need to be aware of deterioration rates ... and I exercise my eyes ...

yoga exercises I picked up re shifting gaze and focal length.

i dont have too many unfinshed crafty projects left ...some patchwork ...one day ....trying to improve my looks ... without spending ...its all about using what I've got ...

wore part of an old sari as a scarf  to a concert yesterday ... it was unhemmed but long stretch of gorgeous deep burgandy flecked with gold ...

for sure @CheerBear at my local big w store they have knitting, crocheting and sewing for beginner kits too i couldnt get them before but with use of my hand i mgiht have another look 🙂

Oooh those kits are fun also @outlander! If you ever pick up a crochet one I'd be more than happy to help as much as I can from here ☺.

It may have taken a couple of Pinterest hours (days maybe - who knows 😆) to decide on this one little dog. I think that searching for projects is half the fun sometimes!
