Hey hey everyone!
How are you all? It's been a while since I've been on the Forums, but I'm happy to be back to be spending the Silly Season with you.
Thought I'd start a Christmas Party on here. One where we can give each other gifts and mingle. All you need to do is bring virtual gift(s) to give to other member(s) by taging them ('@' mention).
If you've been tagged, please share the love and gift someone else.
I'm going to start with @PeppiPatty, I give you a puppy! Perhaps a friend for Arlo?
I also want to give @Jacques some chocolate. Sorry to hear about your mum btw, wish I could give you more than choclates to somehow ease the stress.

Aww thanks @Jacques! I love the flowers! They're beautiful colours. I think @NikNik will very much like them because her favourite colour is yellow.
I thought I'd also get the fire going at our nice cosy Christmas (virtual) party. What do you think? Does it looks like a nice place to spend time together this festive season?
It's probably hot where a few you are at right now, particularly for @hiddenite and @Jacques so I thought I'd let you know that there's a beach nearby if you want to take a dip!

Thank you @Jacques.... I'm glad you are alive! To you & @NikNik I've got some vegan brownie balls..
Special thanks to @PeppiPatty, @Mazarita, @Appleblossom, @Former-Member & others who keep me company & give me support in #NightShift... I don't know your favorite flowers, so I've chosen to give you mine - tulips & hydrangeas
Thanks @CherryBomb for starting this thread at a hard time of the year for me - people are letting me down & it is making me very sad... Enjoy some hydrangeas & tulips too!

Thanks @CherryBomb, i think i might have to go with the dip, it is a bit warm here 🙂 but the room looks great, with my SANE family, what more could i ask for.
@Former-Member, yes it is a tough time of year for me too, loss of a family member 14 years ago has made it almost a day i want to forget. i hope you have a quiet day on Christmas day.
wow Hydrangeas, i have just planted 8 of them, they are going bannana's, they are so green and lush.

Sorry it is a hard time for you too @Jacques... *hug*
It is hard for me, because I don't have a happy, functional family on both sides - mine & my partners.
It is also nearing the one year anniversary of my partner's Nan's death. I loved her & she was very kind to me always.
Very, very sadly I can't grow hydrangeas where I live - I live on my partners mum's farm & she has over 30 Shetland ponies + a number of horses - hydrangeas are poisonous to them!!

Here's what the beach looks like nearby! We can take the party outdoors...
@Jacques and @Former-Member, Chrissy time can be a hard time of year. Feelings of isolation, and remembering the aniversy of loosing someone can make it especially hard. So I just want to say that it's ok to have these feelings. Remember, that you're not alone, you have a community here for you during this time.

That is such a shame @Former-Member, my mothers family are all over Australia, so i don't get to see any of them, my fathers side don't want anything to do with me, and since dad died, hollidays are just not the same, i usually try to sleep through Christmas and birthdays, so i don't have to remember.
It is so hard when we lose our support, especially from family members, please remember the good times you had with her.
Oh no @Former-Member, i did not know thaey are toxic, they certainly give me bad hayfeaver, but mum loves them so we have them everywhere.
Will be thinking of you over christmas/Boxing day @Former-Member.

Thanks @CherryBomb - love the beach - wish I didn't live 3 hours away from it! *virtually dips in the ocean*
Thanks @Jacques...
Thanks @Former-Member - lavender, ylang ylang or rose - maybe a combination?!
