@Former-Member, that one's a regular at our church. It's a very good one for playing along with on my viola. I love the emotion that can be poured into a Celtic style song. Funny thing is, I can be pouring out sorrow on the viola, but anyone listening might feel joy from it....weird that the two things can be so close to each other.

I love that Celtic music.
I really miss Singing at church, especially songs I know and can belt out in unison with God's family. A touch of heaven on earth 🎼🎶🔆🎉✝️😇

I have had to take a step back in relation to researching pdocs.

I had two say no they can't help. Not their expertise. It is a complicated mix of symptoms and not for the faint hearted. I've taken a different approach and working on more supports and more therapy. It's difficult as my agenda and his do not always line up, and his mindset can change not just daily, but hourly 😔 Right now he's rapid cycling and so I don't know from one minute to the next what challenges I'm going to be confronted with. Long winded sorry EOR, you possibly wishes you didn't ask 😀

@Anastasia, no, don't regret asking, and thank you for replying in detail - it helps my prayers. God likes specifics. But it sounds like such an exhausting endless journey at home for you. Really hope you self care, take lots of breaks (and some not at home), to centre and calm yourself. It's so hard when we feel the system isn't helping and there's nowhere else on earth to go. Hope you're on the carers side of the forums too, someone there might have more insightful options for you. Wish @Darcy was still around 🛐 xox

Yes it really is exhausting emotionally. My health is suffering and has been for some time. I miss Darcy as well. I really hope she is managing without Mr Darcy.
