Good on you @Queenie ! Study is a noble pursuit (pity it doesn’t pay well). All the best with your goal. I was a lecturer at a couple of universities & done a couple of degrees myself but that was a while ago. I’ve tried to be resilient but eventually developed depression 5 years ago after a series of bereavements & losses. I’m proud that I’ve maintained a range of different jobs & parented 4 kids during that time but unfortunately I’m challenged by always being ‘in my head’ (that’s despite many mindfulness courses!). What’s your story & are you related to royalty @Queenie?!

Hahaha @Sam3  I am the forum’s reigning monarch. It is weird really, I’ve always been Queenie on all forums I’ve been involved in since I first had the internet connected at home. At one stage it did get shortened to just a capital Q but I think it confused people.

Being the reigning monarch, I secretly love Robbie Williams and would love to see him as a “Sir Robbie”... however wouldn’t that be scandalous as he’s a cheeky chap.

In all seriousness, I’m just another friendly forum guide who reads more than replies... I should talk more... and no I’m no more royalty than the average Joe.

Today I thought I'd share that I only have 5 assignments left and I'll be graduating from my course. I can't wait to put that gown and hat on! I've invited my Father, I'm not sure he'll come but hey at least I'm making an effort right? This means that my degree isn't far away now from starting.
