@Adge I'm on the DSP and have been in it for over a year. how long are you now waiting for the results since your sonic appointment (if you had one already)?
I would give them a call especially when it gets to the 5 week period of waiting after sonic.
The moment I gave them a call they were able to find my application and gave me the outcome of the DSP (which was approved) - perhaps you can try give them a call too? you'll never know if the same thing would/might happen to you 🙂
I too had to spend about 4 (or a bit over that) months in getting all of the diagnosis reports for the application from different specialists - clinical psychologist, occupational therapist, speech therapist - you name it, and then the 20 points table form thingy (that i had to get the clinical psychologist to fill in) from my DSP advocate.
It was extremely really hard work that I had to put into to get the DSP. 🙂

@avant-garde Teehee welcome to the club!
@Blackcloud oh wow have you ever done a long commute like that?
When I was in high school, I did a 1.5hr bus ride to school, and 2.5 hours home. 4 hours a day!! It was so gnarly. But I really wanted to do drama 😂
Ugh @Shaz51 you seem to have to relay soooo much complex info between docs and family and back again... would get exhausting!!
I am off, catch you all next time besties 😋💜

It's been in my favourites for MONTHS
I apologise in advance for the consistent sarcasm. Apparently I'm more fluent in it when I'm in a bad mood. My case manager has taught me this about myself.
I have no energy to pretend to be happy and like life is fairyland.
