Hi, I'm usually an easy going person. Would like to find like minded people. Would love to be able to chat with someone who may be experiencing complex PTSD. Learning as much as I can through books and YouTube. Have recently found a book by Janina Fisher, (Healing the Fragmented Selves of trauma Survivors). Also
