Good luck with the blood test results.

I have to have a PET scan on monday and have to start a special diet (which rules out all carbs 😒, can't have milk in tea/coffee and a whole lot of other restrictions) and not do too much for the 48hrs before - which will be over the weekend, which will end with the 12hr fast! So not looking forward to that 😂

Yeah my health isn’t the best right now either. I’m planning on going for a bike ride tomorrow though, since the weather is finally cooling off. @PeppyPatti

@Gibbs   yes important.  there were two.  one is my ex who i am still very friendly with he is a good man and the other was b who i thought you could have been the other day.  i havent seen b for years it was a intense friendship which only ended because i hurt his pride although accidently with my then husband.  if i ever hurt your pride (saggitarians can accidently hurt others because we have foot in mouth (?)) tell me.  I can already tell i value our friendship greatly and i would hate to ruin itxxx
