Your life can start differently....
I can send the meditations another time. I still listen to them. You don't need to look at them today ......

poetry can be a pretty powerful tool too @Gremlin24 i wish i could write poetically!! but i instead end up writing up rambling.
what's some of your other hobbies/interests (besides colouring and making cool loom band stuff)?
yesterday
@rav3n Cross stitch, crocheting, origami pretty much anything where I can learn from books or watching videos. I've been colouring for a couple of hours tonight and I've done 2 tiny sections. I can't focus and I'm getting really frustrated with myself.
Here's a pic I did a while ago though.

woahhh!! i'm usually not a fan of neon colours but i think i'm starting to appreciate them now - that looks great!! @Gremlin24
feel free to take a break when you feel frustrated. even if it means closing your eyes, taking a few deep breaths, and then going back to the activity. or even just getting up, having a glass water and then going back. you got this 💙
oo origami!! haven't done them in ages, it's so satisfying watching people make them on youtube as well.
yesterday
@rav3n I'm forcing myself to keep going cos right now if I stop focussing it's not going to end well.
Origami is great fun, I enjoy making the little lucky stars and have so many of them in jars, all different patterns and textures.

i'm glad you're working on staying safe @Gremlin24 hopefully in your next appointment with your doc, maybe you can work together to find ways to take breaks without it feeling unsafe too?
i'm heading off for tonight, i'll catch you later this week. sending you some healing energy 💙
