I'm familiar with Freo, and the hippy vibe, well as it used to be when I was last there probably 10 years ago. In fact I lived there for a short while way back in the early 2000's. Not sure what it's like these days.

I always downplay my achievements. I wonder if this is something I learned (or didn't learn?) in childhood, or is it just the way depression works, or is it just way I am. 

Anyway, I was going to check in and say not much happening today. 

But actually, I did a video call with my daughter, composed a new song (I'm a musician), took my car down for a service, walked home [edited km by moderator], went to the supermarket, went to the garden supplies centre to look for a buddha statue (didn't buy anything), shortlisted a new season of a TV show I want to watch, and also made a nice snuggly blanket cubby house for my cat.

A zero day? I think not !

Hope everyone is well today, and if not, then taking care of themselves. 💜
