Makes me want to cry and scream    

I have heart attack coming on here  

My chest is shaking right now  

I feel like I deserve the pain and hurt   whatever I did I don't know I just can't breath on sane anymore around them

@Glisten  years ago G we took in a big male ginger putt we called him Ginge (original) .  he was so gentle and would squeak like a toy instead of meowing.  your stray looks like a keeper xxx

Did you know when I was working as a carer in the community I did manual handling courses and sanitation courses 

Only 6 years ago, detol the brand was  Not properly tested like other brands ?

Just a bit of a nag here ......are you going to get blood tests ? I also need thyroid  blood tests ,,

@PeppyPatti thats very interesting. I think with occupational health and safety now it would be all the go with personal aides and paid carers. I used to work with intellectually disabled and there was group pressure to lift muscular dystrophy clients risking injury over using a hoist. It was clearly a breach of occ health. These folk are a bit like a dead weight (if people don't mind me saying) as they are so heavy to lift. I loved my clients but unfortunately that was the way it was and the nature of how these folks were built

Yes my sleep patterns have resumed to normal as of yesterday. Could not get fasting bloods done waking up all hours of the night. Can do it now thankfully ❤️ Its been so difficult trying to satisfy basic personal requirements even

@Glisten does Mr Fluffybutt have a litterbox inside the house? It could be he felt trapped which is why he did his business in the bathroom. I feel for you, my brother is the one who has to clean up cat messes whether it be spew or crap because he doesn't gag like I do!

My cat Gypsy is a special one. She was my mums' cat and I took her as company for Mr MM as both he and Gypsy had lost their housemates. Gypsy refuses to drink from anywhere except the bath tap. I have purchased 4 different water containers for her, the latest one has a fountain just like water running from the tap. She's used it twice that I know of. She will jump into the bath and stare at you until you turn the tap on. If you don't turn it on she will meow and start licking the tap. It's lucky she's pretty.

My sister from Sydney called this morning to wish me happy birthday which was nice, we don't speak that often, usually via chat or sms. Mum called too of course and asked if I wanted to do anything but I declined. I'm reading a book I want to finish, plus I have money to spend at a couple of my favourite stores. Both Myer and Koorong are a fair distance from me so I like to be able to shop online.

Hope you and the nags are doing well. Tell Mac if he isn't well behaved I'll come and call him Clag!

Everytime I've tried to do something in feedback nothing gets done.    

People are allowed to have feelings   I don't understand what I've done to hurt sane,    I've been friendly I'm including everyone yet people are still not happy with me.
