Today iv been trying to read a book and I'm getting through it. It's by Terrance Real - called I Don't want to Talk About it. It's about male depression.
Before that iv been reading books that are old favourites to get me back into the routine of reading.
I'm hoping to get into study next year. Iv been told that my brain has um ....not allowing me to study like I used to but I'm still going to try.
No worries if I can't. I'm very proud of what iv achieved in my life.

@PeppyPatti that's wonderful you are getting back to reading! This can be a form of meditation because we can get lost in the world of books. Please don't give up. I'm not sure who told you that your brain wasn't allowing you to study. Sounds very odd. The brain has plasticity and learning new things makes us grow new connections for our neurons. Of course you can train your brain to study and focus. What do you want to study?
I love reading and this is my current pile.
I need to make more time for reading so I am doing that this holidays.🫂
