yesterday
I was getting off to a good day until i was reacquainted with my acquaintance of the pavement...
My right ankle rolled on the uneven ground and my left knee slammed into the brick sidewalk on my usual laundry routine

Hi @PeppyPatti
_ house / no pets
Sounds like you have cute dogs,
I really want a puppy one day
Any plans for tomorrow?

Oh dear! That sounds painful. Are you ok? Sometimes unexpected things happen. Last week my friend was away from home down south checking on her bees and she fell down a hole and twisted her ankle. She’s ok. She watched a YouTube video on how to strap it. She drove a manual home. I guess a bit more than your ego is bruised. Hoping that it’s not too bad!

Hello @creative_writer , @Sunnyside226 , @Oaktree 😊
Ouch @avant-garde , are you ok xx
Love you too my @Glisten 🥰
yesterday
Right ankle is swollen and couldn't entirely walk on it for a while
Left knee was a bit of a pain to deal with, when I got home I cleaned it up and dressed it, I will remove the dressing before I shower though so it gets done air.
I will strap my right ankle tomorrow and reapply a dressing to my knee if needed.
I hate getting injured, I'm very good at taking care of them, because I grew up having to, strapping ankles and wrists a lot... any time I have to do it on me though is incredibly upsetting because of the strength of the trigger
yesterday
I am so sorry that you got hurt. Sorry to hear also that it’s a trigger for you, not good! Is there anything nice you can do for yourself tonight?

Mixed triple, I think it's got one ham and cheese, one chicken and something and one either.
The cleaning lady who tried to help me was a bit of a so and so, she said my satchel was heavy and I shouldn't be carrying such a heavy bag... I didn't need her help or her judgemental comments... I can carry my bag just fine, my size doesn't determine my strength... I can lift a significant amount, my physio says so, 18kgs per arm
