Hello @PeppyPatti @Sunnyside226 @Shaz51
I slept for more than 7 hours for the first time in 7 weeks! Fell asleep at around 9. I usually sleep 8 hours, so this is a good sign.
I've booked in yoga class for this morning. Just joined the local gym 4 weeks ago, it has been really good for my health!
My new TV and sound bar are being delivered today to my new rental. I'm kicking life goals!

Dear @Sunnyside226
How are you ?
Would you like to tell me a bit about yourself ?
I live in Perth - I'm trying to take care of myself. Iv noticed iv been mindlessly scrolling dog success stories on utube for about a month.
Iv been waiting for a little operation called removal of gall bladder.
My brother's inlaw family are in my mind all the time ( !!!! )
My sons are on my mind
So today, I'm doing the first exercise of this book I bought second hand.

You are kicking goals 💪 @Spirit_Healer
Ide love to join the gym again and fortunately can do next year when this little operation is done.
I'm going to get off this addictive mobile phone and try and read another page of this book I'm reading.

@Spirit_Healer that's wonderful!
Yoga is the best! I used to go to once a week classes and then covid closed down the place I used to go to 😔. It's been hard to find a new teacher I like. I practice Japanese Yoga which is hard to find. Similar to traditional yoga but it goes by the seasons. For example, in spring you are supposed to do yoga exercises that work on the back and neck and every season this changes.
So good you joined the gym too!
You are kicking life goals 🤗🥰

@PeppyPatti thank you for your words. I wanted to write to you yesterday but kept on getting interrupted.
Thank you for sharing part of your soul with me. As I read your message, tears rolled down my cheeks.
If I left, my husband wouldn't really have anyone else. His parents are suffocating to him. He has no relationship with his brother and doesn't really have friends. He has probably a couple of male friends that may check on him but not really. Everyone is busy with their own families and generally speaking people have too many problems to care about others. But this is not the reason I stay. I stay because of the kids, because I miss the goodness I see in him and because I care for him.
I'm sure his parents wouldn't speak to me if I got divorced but I don't really care about that.
I'm hoping life settles and my husband can get better overtime. It is exhausting thought at times. I miss simpler days before his mental health took a turn for the worst and before I discovered the reality about his family and mine.
Thank you for being here with me. I'm not "normal" but my mind and heart are not damaged liked his.
I hope God gives me strength. I just want peace and love for my little family.
Hugs 🫂 to you 🤗 ❤️
