So this afternoon, getting some grunts and moans from hubby , so getting there
Very long day , watching TV and hubby made me a cuppa
Yes she alway does something to upset him , so boundaries up again :face_with_rolling_eyes:

It all makes sense to me how you need to set yourself to be careful.
Everyone deserves to be safe.
I never realised that from age 0 to about 50 years old. You jump up and down, I used to hang out with I guess alternative people when from a out 17 years old and went on the 1980s walk to protest domestic violence. I was the one who went to the self protection free classes in mid 80s.
But I didn't know. Safety is important.

Very fair @Gremlin24, it can be a nice reminder and sometimes it can be a painful one, for sure.
@Blackcloud I always found editing to be so fiddly and very much about the attention to detail... which makes my brain spin! So mad props for sticking through it haha
@Shaz51 it can be hard not to take it to heart hey, do you ever use like, affirmations or something? Liiiike "I don't need to take on the opinion of a person whose values are so different to mine" or something to help remind you that you don't need to listen to a word she says!

@Jynx it's a painful reminder at the moment. I'm trying to hold myself together but things are just falling apart.

Thanks @Jynx even though I feel like wanting to cry over the burnout of it haha
also I’ve sent a follow up email to the admin of that NDIS support worker service, so hopefully she’ll respond.
I just want to be able to do stuff that can get me out of my comfort zone kinda that’s in relation to my depression, anxiety and social anxiety in which my psychologist (and also from what I’ve read on reddit before that) about getting a support worker to guide me with all of that (sorry if I’m not making sense here).
oh, and I’m about to start taking Korean classes in the next fortnight & then the day after that will be my next session with my psychologist.
I have a follow up laser treatment that I need to attend tomorrow so that’s gonna be great I guess lol

@Blackcloud my sis and i have been using the free version on my phone to make video edits through CapCut - it's been pretty good so far, it takes a bit of time to play around with it and learn how to use it but once you do, i makes the editing process a bit easier (like you can crop videos, add sound effects/music, add pics/texts, transition effects, etc). you might've heard of it from tiktok, a lot of people use the templates on there 😆

@Gremlin24 I'm sorry to hear it. You feel like things are in decline this evening? Do you have supports or a safety plan to help you through?
If there's anything that you feel like getting off your chest, I'm always here to listen 💜
