Re: A Poem? Maybe?
hey Ja47, i find some days are a bit hmmm hectic? frantic? over exagerated? toned down, blown up, down and up.... i do have some really great days... weeks even, but i also have lulls, when i am down, but then i come out of it, in a bit of a silly mood, and then flying.
i do drink a fair bit of water at work, but i also use the not really good for me energy drinks every now and then when i am particularly struggling sleep wise, and find myself tired.

Re: A Poem? Maybe?
DEar @kato
We have known each other for a long time.....you have had a year of ...courtcase and .... I might need to reread your journey but there was a confusing break up and you needed to move into with your parents again??
Then you were asked back to work........ but you didnt know how it would go...
If I remember correctly you like driving....listening to music..
your friends had incorrect feelngs about you....it as difficult for you to keep on telling them a story.
You wrote some pretty amazing poems which helps you to understand how you feel
My journey had to do with coming to terms with understanding my medical journey, symptoms with brain damage, shame.....grieving my youngest son's illness then moving on and not catastophising stuff
high anxiety deep depression hatred from some family members which was not my fault.
really confusing boundries.
Trying to get back to work, finding a balance.
Lets work on both stories together.

Re: A Poem? Maybe?
Heya, yes that has been my journey thus far, i have to apologise, i am finding it difficult to write and share at the moment, not too sure why, i think i have isolated myself again, maybe, i know this much tho, it just means i am going to have a mood spike upwards, i can already perhaps have an inkling of the tell tale traits for me..... this lack of sharing or wording being one, lack of communication being two, feeling unmotivated yet strangely energetic, i am sure you will see me on here soon, and i will try to answer your post better

Re: A Poem? Maybe?
I'm writing on Forums but a bit in a daze. Please don't isolate yourself friend. Can you visit a friend who knows you well ?

Re: A Poem? Maybe?
hi JA47,
i only have a very small number of friends left, really, but the isolating it is not so much isolating from people, my job is very much involved with dealing with many different people every day, it is isolating/shutting off my emotional side, i think better describes the isolating feeling

Re: A Poem? Maybe?
Okay we are talking. Can I firstly respect my sisterhood for showing me how to be nicer on my messages. @Appleblossom @Former-Member @Maritza esp. Lj for leading the way in answering messages.
Sorry @kato it's back to you now.
You bring up good memories in my life for me but before I write about that : let's focus on your message
Firstly : you isolating.
Are you tired from work ?
Stressed overwork?
Medically okay ?
Medicine right amount ?
Emotions you can deal with my friend with
1: acknowledging that your work is ..... So creative ! Your dealing with emotions all day.
Why don't you give yourself a break ?
It hasn't even been one year since court case .......
Back to meds
Are you seeing your GP
Do you mind if I point out how much that you have done. Then back at work.
I have a feeling that maybe if you carry a notebook to write notes during the day on your poems you may feel more settled ?

This is what comes up for me .... I just reread couple of older entries in your thread and I felt ..... You do expect a lot from yourself ....... Is this true ??

Re: A Poem? Maybe?
Hi @kato 🙂 I'm glad to see you! I too find myself isolated... I'm so hoping that I will be able to return to work next year - although things are so up in the air right now I just don't know if I will!
I'm glad you can feel an upwards strike coming - I hope that things improve for you and always enjoy reading your posts
