Lovely to see you @PeppiPatty You have put a lot of time in .. in a good way .. you are an old timer .. a vet.
Hope you feel more energy soon. I am grateful for this online community. I feel affection for lots of people here and I try to talk to new people, and I think about those who drop out and hope they are ok. I wont have much computer access for a lot of January .. but will be busy.. it will be good for me.

This might sound riduculous but im really grateful that i took a 'selfie' picture of me and the kids at a park the other day (i never take or have photo's taken of me) but in this photo all three of us are just happy and snuggled together and every time i look at it on my phone i smile! here's to the selfie lol! (however I'm not gong to get one of those sticks!!)

That is so fantastic @Former-Member, i rememeber a few weeks ago you never thought you would be happy again, cherrish the photo's, and never say never to a selfie stick 😄
In your darkest times, make sure you look at that photo and take many more, these memories of happy times will keep you going through the dark.

Yesterday I was a recipient of a random act of kindness.
I was walking down the road and someone coming in the opposite direction handed me a flower, I said 'Thank you' and they said 'you're welcome' and we just kept walking in opposite directions.
Made my day!
