@TAB @StuF @Bill16 hey cool friends, had very rough last night and this morning. Cried so much and so much pain and grief pouring.and mood extremely down and dangerous. But I came through. So proud of myself not to be beaten by depression.and situation. I am at service station drinking favourite drinks and watching dirt digging machine across the road. I hope you all come through. I hope you will be ok @Meowmy its hard living with depression. Just keep doing YOU. You have amazing resiliency in maintaining a working lifestyle living with MI. One foot in front of the other madam. You will get there. This was only a small episode. Hopefully it will abate and you will see sunny skies again

I usually have coconut yoghurt with frozen raspberries and sourgum grains for brekky. I just love berries! Sounds like you've picked up a bit after the afternoon. I'm just back from a walk @Meowmy! I hope you will be ok this evening. Black dog is no good. But a doggie like this is even better!
