@Bettyboop2 this is a good way to get started. You could tell us a little bit about why you are here or tell us a little bit about yourself.
Hopefully you will find some good support here.

Hi @Bettyboop2 just echoing what @The-red-centaur has already said - Introducing yourself and telling us a bit about what brought you here and what support you're looking for from the forums 🙂
We have a handy guide you can check out here if you're after a bit more guidance. I know that it can be daunting joining a new space, but we're really glad to have you here and hope that this can be a safe space for you.
Here are some more handy guides to check out if you'd like:

Welcome to the community 😊

Welcome to the forum @Bettyboop2, you've started already. I remember what it was like the first time I joined a forum and decided I needed to talk about personal stuff. Which I'd never done before so it was really scary and intimidating for me.
I started out by just reading some of the posts, getting a feel for what people talked about. I started to reply to a few, just to say hi to get to know people before I felt comfortable enough to post about myself. I realized a lot of people talked about some really personal stuff and got such great support that it made me feel safe to share my own issues and it did help me a lot.
So well done for reaching out. Maybe start of be sharing a little bit about yourself and what brings you here. It doesn't need to be everything, just what you're comfortable with sharing. As you get more replies you then may feel more comfortable to share more details. It doesn't really matter, just connecting to people and sharing some thoughts I find is very helpful for me in itself.
