Bunnings, you have discovered the Nirvana of some!
My weekend was relaxing as weekends should be, I am on the Disability Pension so need to find things to do with my time, including part-time work. It is tricky, and am not sure how many fill in their days if not able to work full-time. Do you work?
I envy you the beach, and your dog. My last dog passed away of old age about three years ago, they are great companions. What breed do you have?

hey @Me2024 sorry to hear that you're struggling with some dark thoughts, that must be hard blocking them away. are there any strategies that have helped you in the past? like for me, journalling helps focus those thoughts and write it out helps me release them - do you have something similar?
