@Historylover just wanted to add not to put the serum on your face in the morning otherwise if you go out you will get sunburn. I wear my serum at night, that is what they advise. You will love what it can do for you and your skin. I just put some on now! lol I have an old sachet of it but couldn't afford the manufactured pre-made stuff off ebay anymore so am making my own. Have heard that plastic surgeons don't quite like people knowing about this serum. Let me know how you go with it. I am going to try the Brilliant Silver White. Did a patch test over the weekend and no problems with it so will apply tomorrow

Yeah today was a lazy kind of day. Didn't feel up to socialising online. Glad you got some rest. Just work with your body and what its telling you @TAB regarding recuperation. I did not do much was pretty tired today. Tomorrow will be better. @Historylover got me into a toner for my grey hair. Am going to give it a go tomorrow and see what it can do. lol I hope you get some good sleep tonight. Try and get into a regular routine if you can. IDK about your thyroid etc it may be causing you issues still with lethargy. The band of healthy thyroid is quite wide on tests and you can still have a thyroid issue going by books I have read even though the tests come back normal

@TAB reading where you mentioned no connected air con, doors and windows closed on hot days I was reminded of something my mum told me when she was a child. My mum was born late 1920’s with the weatherboard house having a central passage. Damp hessian bags …. Her dad used to hang them in couple spots in the house including any window that was slightly ajar for a bit of breeze. These combined with black curtains on the windows that her mum used to hang up and the 6 kids used to stretch out on the floor

I got delivered some more probiotics today to last me 3 months @TAB. I don't know much about diverticulitis. A bunch of friends and I back in the day used to do colon cleansing. There was one dude I knew of who said it benefitted him with his diverticulitis. It did a lot for me. The psych community is full of digestive issues, mainly because the meds cause constipation in many people. I would only do it under supervision however.
I could not afford colonic irrigation at a clinic so we just used magnesium oxides instead. There was a magnesium oxides formula but the patent got stolen by another scientist and the original company folded. You have to be so careful about what you put in your body. Theres all kinds of fraud going on in the supplement industry. But it was a good experience for me and my friends. We all did it at once and it was so damn funny running to the loo all the time. My friends have since died and I do miss them. There were some wonderful things we shared together.

@TAB Worst summer I remember when I was at school was about half way through high school ie Form 3 or 4. School didn’t have aircon in those years. Only plain glass in floor to ceiling windows that didn’t open, no tables or chairs available for first few weeks for entire school.
Girls in our short cotton uniform dresses with anklet socks, boys in shorts and anklet socks getting up and down off the carpet for each class. Not good quality carpet that had lot of students with carpet burn or sunburn before end of the first week
definitely don’t miss those days
