how is everyone doing

I had lots of pains in my back last night , shoulders etc

Re: We've got your back

That's a pity @Shaz51. My legs and back have been painful too.

Re: We've got your back

I've had pain in my hip and leg from sciatica. I'm getting scans to check it out

Re: We've got your back

hugs @Patchworks , @Dimity

saw a doctor the other day and she said to be careful with inflammation creams as they can be absorb into the body and affect the kidney more --- what, really !!!

@tyme

Re: We've got your back

😮 I didn't know that! How disappointing as they can be helpful. I hope you are ok @Shaz51

Re: We've got your back

Yes @Shaz51 ! I've heard that! All those anti inflammatory creams go into the body and it's not good if you have underlying conditions.

This is a little off track, but I recently learnt that we can't write or draw on chicken eggs because the shell in porous and the stuff from the pens (esp permanent markers), seep into the eggs and can killl the baby chick... or, if you are eating the eggs, then you are ingesting it...

Re: We've got your back

@Patchworks , @Dimity I think i will check with the kidney specialist next as well as what i can use

I only put a little bit on , have to try some heat pads more often

Re: We've got your back

ohh yes i have heard about the eggs @tyme

soo true like spraying poison on fruit and veges and then we eat them

will have to find other way to help with my pains and aches @Dimity , @Patchworks

Re: We've got your back

That makes it hard @Shaz51, reduces your options. Did she suggest any alternatives?

I hope your scans are helpful @Patchworks . I gather that gps usually don't recommend them but my osteopath asked for mine. If you can get treatment that helps your pain it's worthwhile.
