Re: Walking for Wellness

@Oaktree I did end up going for a short walk, but it was at night after work, which is better than nothing but I think it's probably best when you get some of that vitamin D ðŸŒž

@Former-Member @tyme @Appleblossom @Dimity @BPDSurvivor @Shaz51 and everyone else

Just got back from my walk. Did 30 minutes. I am pretty proud of myself as it’s not even 9am yet. Usually I am still in bed now. Did a shorter walk today but it included a hill.

Good on you @Former-Member

A night walk is better than no walk at all.

So proud of you!

Re: Walking for Wellness

Thank you so much @Oaktree! I'm really proud of you too, look at you go, in the middle of winter no less! Walking is probably one of the best things you can do for your wellbeing so it's really amazing that you're putting this self-care in place ðŸŒ¼

Re: Walking for Wellness

Thanks @Former-Member

It takes a lot of effort and will power at the moment as I am so unfit but I am hoping to make it a habit.
