Re: Walking for Wellness

@Oaktreethese hills are made for walking but if you drive then the hill maybe can be driven or cycled.I dont wanna walk near my old Sunday School where I was groomed but if am behind the wheel, l can drive straight past it without the memories so much.In fact  today i drove down to Warranadyte and had a nice river walk.

@Oaktree 😸

Re: Walking for Wellness

Good point @Jimbo2

There really isn’t anywhere completely flat to walk around here unless I just drive down to the oval and walk around that.

A river walk sounds lovely!

Hello @Oaktree @TAB @Jimbo2 @Eve7 well done on your efforts.

I walked/shopped today, felt a bit dizzy, I need to walk more often.

Had a healthy stir fry curry with tuna and 7 vegetables.
