My adult child went through that for years and years

Found help in another state

I've 3 therapist on the go finally this week clinical psychologist has identified i need physical help for my nervous system to start breathing my body is in a highe state of stress im to ask gp nect week to refer me to social worker she said my nervous system need 3 basic needs 🙏 i felt seen this week 🙏
