Its was beautiful 😍 @mustang51 🙏

Re: ~ Toolshed 2: Power Tools for Recovery ~

My Voice and I will make contributions and speak when I feel its right for me or any other living being on this Earth.

How people receive my voice of contribution is not my issue!

I know where my intentions come from when I speak and I will use my voice in the most loving way, connection's past and present that I will meet on my journey.

Accidental Ism's or anything else that will rise and whether its family, friends or aquantances, my voice is at some point in their journey, Accidental Ism's or anything else that may harm or hurt another being for no reason other than most act out of condition behaviours society taught.

Hurt people hurt people the process that over my 50 years I have witnessed. Alot of our society act this way because they don't know any different...

When the opportunity arises whether it be a member of our Society or a friend even family when they start acting out verbalising their teachings from past generations, unknowingly spreading and voicing their language behaviours, hurting me and others Yes I will speak up and out, because some may not realise the domino effect and the seriousness of their behaviour language, old learnings only place should only show face so we can learn from our past generations to create a brighter loving future for all living beings.

Some may not realise, some will listen.

I will voice and speak up from a place of love to address what's important to me, I know by me verbalising my truth and what right for me and the future of our coming generations.

Keeping it simple in my response.

I will process through and address the action and its impact,

I will do this from a place of love and speak my Truth

My response with love ❤🙏

" I want to make it clear that ingrained discriminatory habits are hurtful to more people than just me, and they are harmful on a societal level.

Discrimination and oppression have become ingrained in our society globally.

My contribution to society and every living being,

I know I can't change the way others behave or speak, but what I can do is plant the seed of my voice and in generations to come I can bring hope to support bringing our generations to a place of love and healing. make an impact by being a voice. I can't put a band-aid on it either but I can make it better that ingrained discriminatory habits are hurtful to more people than just me, and they are harmful on a societal level. Accidental ‘-isms’ are going to take conscious changes and perhaps generations to see any considerable changes happening to our society. We have generations of byproduct of insensitivity and practiced prejudices that started generations before us. As I continue to walk my journey, as the universe presents to me opportunities to speak up I will no longer be silent, I will stand in my power and with the love deep within me.

I will speak up, with love I will respond and voice my contribution to being committed to each and every living being that walks this planet. Each and everyone of us have the power within us all to be kinder to all living beings.

@MedicinalGypsy well said and what you have said is so true. If I see something like this happening within my own family, I speak up.

Not sure if I have the guts to speak up to a stranger though. I would be scared of the repercussions.

Are the ladybugs in your picture in your yard? As they look like the nasty version. Here is what google says about them.

The primary "bad" ladybug is the Asian lady beetle (Harmonia axyridis), an invasive species that congregates on houses in autumn, bites humans, emits a foul odor, and stains surfaces. Unlike beneficial native ladybugs, they are typically orange, have an "M" or "W" shape on their head, and can become a nuisance indoors.

Key Differences and "Bad" Traits

  • Appearance: Asian lady beetles are often larger, ranging from yellow to orange with many spots, though they can be red. They often have a distinct white, M-shaped marking just behind their head.
  • Behavior: In fall, they swarm buildings to find warm, sheltered, light-colored, or sunny spots for overwintering.

  • Nuisance: When threatened or crushed, they release a smelly, yellowish defensive fluid that can stain walls and furniture.
  • Bites: They are more likely to bite people than native ladybugs, causing a sharp, needle jab sensation.
  • Impact: They compete with native ladybug populations, although they are still effective at eating aphids.
Other "Bad" Ladybugs:
  • 28-Spotted Ladybird: In some regions, especially in Australia, the 28-spotted ladybird is considered a pest because it feeds on plant foliage (e.g., pumpkins, potatoes) rather than aphids.

How to Handle Them:
Do not crush them. Vacuuming is the most effective removal method, ideally placing a stocking over the vacuum hose to trap them and avoid the odor. Sealing cracks, crevices, and using screens on windows can prevent them from entering homes.

More great words from Ravenwolf

Stop repeating the lies you’ve told yourself.
All the cant’s.
All the limits you accepted because someone else planted them there.
You are bigger than those boundaries.
Shrinking yourself to fit other people’s expectations will never satisfy you.
Neither will fear.
Being scared isn’t weakness.
It means you’re alive.
Every brave thing begins with trembling hands.
Before the leap, everything looks impossible.
Unreachable.
That’s normal.
But don’t tell me you’re too old.
Too tired.
Too broken.
Too far gone.
You are none of those things.
You’re just exhausted from fighting battles without believing you could win.
Rock bottom does that.
It convinces you the climb isn’t worth it.
But this moment?
This is where the comeback begins.
This is the page where the story turns.
And the pen is in your hand.
Before you say I don’t think you can,
I do.
I’ve stood exactly where you’re standing.
Exhausted.
Doubting.
Staring into the ashes of the life I burned down just to survive.
And I chose to rise.
Now it’s your turn to decide.
Stay down.
Or rise.
Whatever your dream looks like,
big or small
it deserves a chance to breathe.
Take the dance class.
Start a new job.
Leap into a hobby that scares you.
And when fear grips your chest and your legs feel unsteady...
keep going.
Because everything worth having lives on the other side of that fear.
Your brightest days aren’t behind you.
Your loudest laughter hasn’t happened yet.
Your deepest love is still waiting.
Stop asking what could go wrong.
Start imagining what could go right.
This life is yours.
One wild, fleeting shot at something extraordinary.
So, live it boldly.
Because in the end...
the decision was always yours.
Seize it.
